An Unforgettable BBQ Experience at Foley Ranch! Foley Ranch absolutely knocked it out of the park! The brisket was juicy and tender, the jalapeño sausage was packed with flavor, and the red BBQ sauce tied everything together perfectly. The chipotle cream corn and country green beans were delicious, and the smoked buffalo wings with blue cheese and celery were a hit with the whole family. The highlight was the massive 3.5 lb beef short rib special, served Fridays with a loaded baked potato. I surprised my dad with it for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it! To top it all off, we shared a complimentary birthday chocolate chip cookie skillet that everyone devoured. Add ice-cold Coors Banquet by the bottle, fantastic service, and a live country band that gave my dad a birthday shoutout before playing our song requests, and you have the recipe for a perfect night. Outstanding food, great music, and genuine hospitality. Foley Ranch made my dad's birthday special, and we'll absolutely be back!
