What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday-Thursday 11am-Midnight, Friday-Saturday 11am-2am, Sunday 11am-Midnight, During football season we open early for NFL & Alabama Alumni games.
What time is your kitchen open until?
Our kitchen is open until 10pm nightly, with light snacks available until close.
Do you have to be 21 years of age to enter?
We are family friendly until 9pm when we become 21 and over.
Do you have live music?
Yes, we have live music Wednesday-Saturday from 6pm-10pm, Sunday 5pm-9pm.
Do you have a patio?
Yes, we have a fully covered patio for all year round usage equipped with misters for the summer, and gas heaters and an oversized firepit for the winter.
Do you have a bar?
Yes, we have a remarkable 60 foot long bar designed with a red, white & blue bottle cap top that took over 8,000 bottle caps to create by hand.
Do you have drink specials?
Yes, we have specials every day of the week. Please check our events page on our website for current specials.
Do you have a lunch menu?
Yes, we offer a lunch specials Tuesday-Friday from 11am-3pm.
Do you have a happy hour?
Yes we have happy hour Tuesday-Friday from 11am-6pm and additional weekend specials depending on the time of year.
Do you have a reverse happy hour?
Yes, we offer the Valley's best late night specials including $3 Coors & Coors Lt, $4 Well Drinks, $5 Gree Tea Shots & $5 22oz Montana Teas every night from 10pm-close.
Do you have a karaoke night?
Yes, every Tuesday from 9pm-close we have karaoke.
Do you have a day that is better for kids and families?
Yes, every Tuesday is family night where kids eat free with one free kids item for every adult entree purchased, country music bingo & beginner line dances suitable for all ages.
Do you have TVs for sports?
Yes, we have plenty of TVs for your favorite rodeo and sports viewing.
Do I have to dress in country ware at Foley Ranch?
No, you don't even have to "be country" to love the Ranch. The food, drinks and staff bring guests back daily who have never worn a cowboy hat in their life. So come casual, or go all out with your best Dolly Parton outfit, we will take great care of you either way.
Where in Desert Ridge are you located?
We are just north of the Main Desert Ridge entrance next door to BJs. For easiest access to our parking lot travel past the main entrance when heading north and pull into the first entrance past BJs and you will see us on the right.
Where do we park?
The Desert Ridge parking lot is shared by all tenants of the center with ample parking throughout. We do not offer valet.
Do you have booths?
Yes we have 8 booths in the main room suitable for up to 4 adults. We also have 4 VIP booths available by reservation that accommodate between 8 to 15 guests each.
Why are the rest of your tables bar height?
When the band is playing and the dance floor is full, shorter tables would not be able to view the stage. The tall tables provide a clear view from anywhere in the room regardless of how busy we are and allow friends to stand and mingle around the table without blocking the view of others. We do also have lower picnic bench tables on our patio for additional dining at standard height for guests that prefer that experience.
History
When did Foley Ranch open?
Foley Ranch opened in February of 2024.
Is Foley Ranch a real place?
Yes, the restaurant is named to honor one of the owner's family ranch that was created in 1947 and still exists in the Bitterroot Valley between Hamilton Corvallis.
Why are the flags presented behind the stage in that fashion?
The flag paintings behind the stage were created by veteran and local artist Travis Minor. The piece is called Reflections of America and was constructed from an art crate from France. (disclaimer: this is art and not an actual flag (not the same dimensions and not cloth), but a painting of the flag and its reflection.
What does the horse over the stage represent?
His name is Chief, he's named in honor of the hardest working horse at the Montana Ranch. During the National Anthem on the weekends and other big moments throughout the night he blows smoke out of his nostrils!
Food & Drinks
Do you smoke your BBQ on site?
Yes, we use a Southern Pride smoker and prepare all of our House Smoked Meats fresh daily.
What kind of wood do you use to smoke your meats?
We use Pecan Wood sourced locally from our vendor AZ Woodfarmers.
How long do you typically smoke your meats?
Smoke times vary by the cut size of the meat but traditional smoke times are Beef Brisket – 16hours, Pulled Pork -12 Hours, St Louis Pork Ribs – 4 Hours, Pulled Chicken – 2 Hours, Sausage – 2 Hours.
What type of rub do you use for your smoked meats?
Our homemade BBQ spice rub has 9 different ingredients and falls a bit between a heavy Texas pepper style rub and a sweeter Kansas City rub.
What oil do you fry your food with?
We fry all of our items using Beef Tallow and do not utilize any seed oils.
What kind of BBQ sauce do you offer?
We have three homemade sauces including our house Honey Bourbon BBQ (a little sweet), Firehouse Red BBQ (a little spicy) and our Alabama White BBQ (a little amazing).
Do you offer Beef Ribs?
Yes, every Friday we serve Smoked 3.5lb Beef Ribs with a loaded baked potato while supplies last.
Do you have any steak or grilled items?
We serve a smoked prime rib every Saturday night, and some of our items (like the grilled shrimp) come from the grill.
Do you have draft beer?
Yes, we have tap handles featuring rotating selections of local craft beers.
Do you have craft cocktails?
Yes, we smoke various fruits for our craft cocktails such as blueberries for a Blueberry Vodka Lemonade and whole cherries for a Smoked Cherry Old Fashioned. Our website has a full list of all of our current Country Cocktails.
What other fun drinks do you have?
We have a huge selection of fun drinks to keep the party going including our shareable 64oz Rancher Hat and a Roulette Shot Wheel that only costs $5 per spin, but what it lands on is what you get!
Does Foley Ranch deliver?
Yes, you can order directly through our website for delivery and we also partner with Doordash & UberEats for delivery orders through their apps. Ordering directly through our website greatly reduces fees charged to both the guest and the Ranch.
Do you have gluten free options?
Yes, a huge portion of our menu is naturally gluten friendly including our House Smoked Meats, all of our Homemade BBQ Sauces and many of our Country Sides. Our menu has GF notations on those items to make them easy to identify.

Does Foley Ranch offer catering?
Yes, we have multiple options to accommodate your needs. From all-inclusive buffet setups to house smoked meats by the pound. Our team will assist you every step of the way to ensure your event runs smoothly.

How do I setup a catering order?
How much advance notice is required for catering orders?
Orders through the website require a 24-hour notice, for smaller same day orders please call the restaurant and we will do everything in our power to make it happen.
Live Music
What days & times do you have live music?
We have live music Wednesday-Saturday from 6pm-10pm and Sunday from 5pm-8pm.
Where can I find out which band is playing?
Our website has our live music schedule listed months in advance.
How do I get my band booked at Foley Ranch?
Our website has a band submission link for all acts aspiring to play at Foley Ranch.
Do you have live music on Tuesdays?
Tuesdays are family day at the Ranch with Country Music Bingo from 6pm-9pm followed by Karaoke from 9pm-close.
Do you have a DJ for song requests?
Yes our Country DJs keep the dance floor packed when the band stops until close with country music hits geared towards country swing dancing & line dancing.
Dancing
Is there a dance floor at Foley Ranch?
Yes, we have a true hardwood dance floor that has action all night.
Do you offer dance lessons?
Yes, we offer beginner line dance lessons on Tuesday at 7pm & 8:15pm, Wednesday at 7pm & 8:15pm, country swing lessons on Thursday at 7pm & 8:15pm and then a Swing and Line Dance Lesson on Sunday at 6pm & 7:30pm.
Do you charge for dance lessons?
No, dance lessons are included with the purchase of food or beverages.
Do you allow aerials, lifts and flips on your dance floor?
No, the rule of thumb is to keep one foot on the floor at all times. This ensures the safety of our dancers and other guests alike.
Reservations
Do you take reservations?
Yes we accept reservations for groups of all sizes. Availability varies depending on the day and time. Most weekends reservations for the main room with the band are available until 5:30pm and available on the patio until 6pm.
How do we make a reservation?
Reservations for groups of 6 or less are available on our website. For larger groups you can either submit an inquiry on the website or email events@foleyranch.com with your name, phone number, email, desired date & time, and number in your party and one of our events coordinators will reply.
Do we need to be eating & drinking to make a reservation?
Yes, our tables are intended for guests joining us for food & beverages along with the live music and dancing. We offer a complimentary water station and standing areas for non-dining guests.
How do the VIP Booths work?
We accept reservations for our VIP booths past our normal reservation times with a food & beverage minimum that varies by the day of the week.
Do you charge a cover?
No, Foley Ranch never charges a cover though food and/or beverage purchases are expected.
Do you host corporate parties and events?

Yes, we are a proud Chicago Bears Bar.
Do you show College Football games?
Yes, we are the official home of the Alabama Crimson Tide alumni and host their group each week of the College season.

Yes, our numerous Tvs broadcast all the major rodeo & other sporting events including MLB, PGA and others.
